Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website popkidzlimited.site and any engagement with Popkidz Limited. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by Popkidz Limited, registered in England & Wales, with its address at 15 Town Ing Mills, Halifax, England, HX4 9EF, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] or +48 884 998 039.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. All content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. Visiting, supervision and safety
We operate a play venue, not a childcare service. Every child must be accompanied by a parent, carer or other responsible adult aged 18 or over, who must remain on the premises throughout the visit and remains responsible for supervising the child at all times. Our staff supervise the premises and the equipment; they do not take charge of individual children, and we do not accept children left in our care. Play equipment is used at your own risk and subject to the posted rules, including any height, age and capacity limits, which are there for safety and are applied without exception. Socks are required where stated. Please tell us before your visit about any allergy, medical condition or additional need, so that we can say honestly whether we can accommodate it. We may refuse entry, or ask a person to leave, where behaviour puts others at risk. Lost property is held for a limited period only, and we are not responsible for personal belongings.
3b. Bookings, parties and food
Party and group bookings are confirmed in writing, and final numbers, ages and dietary requirements must be given by the date we tell you when booking; charges are based on confirmed numbers. Any deposit and cancellation terms are set out at the time of booking. Where we provide food, our kitchen handles the fourteen allergens required to be declared under assimilated Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, allergen information is available on request before you order, and because the same kitchen and equipment are used we cannot guarantee any item is free from traces of a given allergen; please tell us about allergies when you book and again on the day. Food brought in by customers, including celebration cakes, is brought in at your own risk and remains your responsibility. Nothing on this website is medical, dietary or child-development advice.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
